Embracing Regional Healthcare

The largest capital project in Columbia County Arkansas history, Magnolia Regional Medical Center,, is a community replacement hospital funded by county sales tax dollars. This state-of-the-art, full-service facility provides comprehensive acute care services for the region. With the purpose of improving the quality of life in southwest Arkansas through expanded care, the new modern medical center is also energizing its rural community by creating long-term career opportunities in healthcare and attracting new businesses to the area.

Irvine Team is leading the construction of a 92,000 square foot replacement hospital on the same site as the current facility, with construction specifically managed so not to impede hospital operations. The new three-story, 49-bed medical center is designed to provide a wide scope of inpatient and outpatient services, as well as a rehabilitation facility and a dedicated pharmacy.

"From our Board, medical staff, leadership team, and department staff, the feeling is that we would not have been able to pass the tax to fund the project, develop the project or manage the project without Irvine Team. I would never attempt a building project without Irvine Team… truly the design and construction strategy experts."
